β β β β β I would like advice KFC, IOI Mall Puchong for not taking opportunity to miss out something especially during the food delivery order. As such, cheezy wedges doesn't have "cheezy" on it. Spicy chicken has no spicy! This is very ridiculous. Hope to improve!

β β β β β Well , order by klosk is making more easier & faster , but after u done order , have to wait bout 45 minits to get your food , which is not a FAST FOOD which u claimed , saw few of the worker pull down the mask in the kitchen chit chating & walking around while on the other side u ask customer to wear a proper mask , very dissapointed , as im had KFC for so many years at different location but this is the worst comparing kuchai lama branch even their business is much more than you

?Long time no eat KFC , now its all oily soft skin on the spicy order, totally different of what I remember from 10 years ago whether it's crispy crunchy original or spicy skin back then.
