β β β β β I came at 8.30pm. But the staff said the manager ask them to close some section so that customer will be limited at one time. 8.30 is a actually dinner time. Why close so early, and in the same time staff was super relax at the closed section. Operation until 10pm. But close early. Stupid

And it is not ready yet and I am the only one table who dine in
The chicken is still alive? So need more time to cook is it?
What kind of system need me to pay before eat? You tot u are Mcd as fast food so funny system.
Ordering by using system, and the kitchen donβt have any systemic haha.

β β β β β Ordering via delivery. Overall was alright. But fired chicken were like KFZ, tissue texture. I prefer kfly. What good here was it came with pickle. The chick were not saucy all over though not quite spicy. There were not various choices than others. The price was lil higher than the others. Recommend boneless chicken. Haven't tried drumstick yet but the wings things were overrated prior expectation.

β β β β β Slow service . Reached 7.45pm n ordered by 8.05pm, food only came 45 minutes later. If you in a hurry like me catching a movie at 9.10pm...don't ever come . When we ask the staff , she said your order will only come 35mins to 45 mins and we werent even told when ordering. Sitting there and counted 25 delivery guys picking up orders. Might as well don't run dine in business n just do delivery since that is the restaurant's priority. Garlic rice cold n tasteless, chicken is ok . One last thing, they don't accept cash...why didn't we were told about that too ? First and last time dining here.

β β β β β Messed up my grab order. Ordered the sampler and kimchi fried rice, but it only send the sampler. Delivery also took so long! Kyochonβs service are getting worse these days.

β β β β β Very bad service. I ordered through grabfood and there were fly eggs also a fly came out from the box. Then when i contacted kyochon, it took them more than 2 hours to respond!! When i called them they kept on saying Iβll update you later but nothing. No updates or anything for 2 hours only i received updates. They kept on saying that this was their first time receiving complaints like this and apologising but no action until I suggested. Overall apart from the bad food quality, the service here sucks too.

β β β β β Bad service. All food not fresh, cool and slow service. We get our chicken but the rice need to wait for 15 minute. We thought we will receive hot rice but sadly it's cool. Staff attitude and approach very poor. Luckily wearing mask, otherwise we can see the sour face βΉοΈ. My receipt i left on the table.
