β β β β β I cannot THANK enough to Bone and Joints specialist clinic and especially to Dr. Phang (hope I got the name correct).
Also the entire staff helped in my recovery. Everyone there took care and were very humble and kind.
Let me explain how it all happened,
Oct 19th was the day when I got injured - I twisted my back during a game of cricket, the injury was quite βBADβ - it was that bad which put me on a wheel chair - I could not stand, I could not sit and off course I was not able to walk. The pain was SEVERE.
Being a sports person and heavily involved in a routine of fitness and games, lack of rest to the body led to this injury.
I was totally dependent on every single daily chores. I cannot explain how difficult and painful it was to even move on the bed.
Day 1 - Oct 19th my condition was terrible - I visited to doc straight from the cricket field.
Day 2 and 3 - Bed rest at home and totally dependent
Day 4 - x rays were done. Thanks to lord almighty there was no major issue with spine. I had severe muscle spasm and L5 pelvic slight twist.
Session 1 of the treatment started.
Day 5 - Rest
Day 6 - Session 2 of the treatment - I was able to get on my feet and walk baby steps with holding someone
Day 7 - Rest
Day 8 - Session 3 of treatment - now I could walk little more with out support (still cannot sit for more than 10 mins)
Day 9 & 10 - Rest
Day 11 - Session 4 of treatment - now I could normally walk and do all my routine stuff at home
Day 12 - final meet with my doc ?
Post treatment recovery: It will still take a month at least for me to get back to my normal routine of fitness and games.
Big Thanks to the lord almighty to help me recover soon.
Dr. Phang - you and your entire staff are absolutely superb. I cannot thank enough for all the treatment and support shown to me during the recovery process ?????
Also want to thank my wife and kids at home who relentlessly took care of me. My friends who were there for me when I needed them the most.
