★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had bad experience there. Keep adding on many unnecessary drugs or treatment. Bill is more ex than private hospital. Switched to another dr and only found out the previous report is incomplete, some tests not done in order to decide on treatment plan.

1. Appointment scheduled at 2 p.m., but we were only able to meet the doctor at around 3.15 p.m.
MAY I KNOW WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF GETTING AN APPOINTMENT?
2. Medical advice from Dr. Chrisxxxx Nx is like totally no advice at all!!! No joke, I feel I can even get a better answer from GOOGLE.
FIRST TIME SAW A DOCTOR THAT COULD NOT UNDERSTAND A MEDICAL REPORT AND NEED CALL TO ANOTHER DOCTOR FOR ASSISTANCE!!!
3. The consultation took less than 20 minutes, but it did cost more than RM200.
Bravo for advices that are actually non-sense.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT WANT TO SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 2 hours to see the oncologist but the doctor gave us good guidance. Explained various options to us and did not push us to do anything until we understood what is ahead of us. Thumbs up! But perhaps they need to improve on the waiting time ….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a long wait so bring something along to kill the time or go have a meal at the shopping mall next door.
You will understand why the wait time is long only when it is your turn. In my experience, Dr. Christina Ng Van Tze took the time to clearly explain what each test result meant and addressed each of our concerns. She was very reassuring and patient with my relative. I greatly appreciate that she provided us with treatment options and explanations instead of forcing us to accept only one treatment option. She didn’t hurry us out the door but really took her time with us. I great appreciate this superior service.
When you call to schedule an appointment, ask the receptionist what test results are required. If you do not have any of the required test results, they can help arrange these tests for you. Everything is performed in the same building so that is very convenient. If this is the case, I suggest that you schedule these tests with them over the phone or schedule an appointment earlier in the day so all these tests can be done that same day and you need not return another day.
Staff are super-friendly and service is excellent. Thank you Dr. Christina and team!
