β β β β β Overall a nice bookshop but books are limited and mostly are wrapped up unable for browsing. And not allow to bring to cafe sitting area for viewing. Gave 2 stars because the cafe staffs was terrible, very unhelpful and rude and not attentive to customer. I was standing there asking them about cakes few times and they jus kept on their chitchat and ignore me then they shouted to me from far the answer, thy didnt bother to walk to the cakes counter, what kind of customer services is this.

And cuz it's my 1st time visit
It's not able to drink
And I afraid my devices get stolen too
So I thrist for 6 hours in the bookstore
*I don't want walk away from my devices
The socket in the middle of table
Why not allow drink a sip of water?

β β β β β Located on the 3rd floor of Starling Mall, this bookstore occupies quite a big area to serve its customers. There's even a cafe within if you need a coffee break between browsing. The range of books and genres are not as extensive as their other counterparts but nevertheless, the place serves its purpose. Pricing is reasonable too.

β β β β β Nice ambience. Spacious. Good design. Products are well-organised.
Cafe staff was quick in cleaning the tables. Cappuccino was good but the barista coffee cake wasn't to my liking.
2nd visit a week after my 1st:
- one of the staff was friendly and helpful
- tried their coffee again at their cafe. Latte was nice and strong. Carrot cake was nice too but wish the sweetness was toned down a bit.

β β β β β Quite a good selection of books. Not as extensive as the Amcorp branch. Has a cafe inside that serve coffee and cakes (super expensive and not really worth it). They do have some single sofa and some desks (with plug points but no food allowed) that are avail for people to read books and do their work on laptops etc there. Quite a nice and quiet place.

β β β β β @bookxcess This is one of interesting book store in KL I have found, itβs huge and you will fond a varieties of book choices around the world, the book shelf is one of impressive, put together with painting all interesting people on the earth. Also they offer the coffee corner, where you can work with WIFI. I have spend most of my Saturday in the tiny corner where they allow you to sit and read #goodday #bestbookstore #klbookstore #bookxcess

There is a sitting areas for reading in this book store.
There is also a cafe inside this book Xcess. The coffee is affordable.
This is located inside the starling mall.
The parking here is affordable. First hour is free of charge.
