A lighter and easier to go down meal as their broth is not as rich and oily as other ramen places with long queues. Shop is usually not too crowded. Staff aren’t always attentive but they are very nice and polite when you do get their attention.

Tsukemen specialist. Choose between hot or cold noodles. Cold noodles are chewier. The dipping sauce isn't very thick, and has a light yuzu flavour. Once you finish your noodles, you can slurp up the rest of the sauce by mixing it with dashi. The pan-fried gyoza is pretty good. If they show you to a table at the back, do reject it. It's too glaring with no air-conditioning. They're a bit understaffed so it might take more effort to catch their attention. eWallets accepted.

Nice ramen noodles, the texture is tangy and fresh. The broth is original, don't taste like a heavily induced msg type of broth. The service is good, they make sure to keep refilling your green tea with no complaints. Overall good experience for my first time here.

Tsukemen is a nice variation from ramen where the broth and noodles are separated. Dipping the cold (or hot) noodles and slurping it down. The noodles have a nice chewy texture and the broth is good to the last drop. We tried the roasted pork and double cheese. Unique and satisfying at the same time. The restaurant has a nice clean deco and the waiters are super attentive. There is also a variety of ramen for the ramen lovers. Will definitely visit again.

This place is nice and clean. One of the best ramen+tsukemen place in town. Their broth is rich and thick. If you order their tsukemen, ask for extra free Dashi soup to add into the sauce after finishing your ramen to turn the yuzu sauce into a soup. You can also choose how you want your ramen done, hot or cold, aldente or soft.

The noodles were aldente, broth thick savory but refreshing yuzu base. Deliciously different from the standard ramen experience. The roast pork sliced a little too thin n dry but had a good smokey flavor. Definitely can try other broth

Please note that Hakata Ramen's base is Tonkotsu (pork broth). Unlike other ramen broths that incorporate lots of seasoning, Hakata Ramen is often seasoned very lightly, letting the main taste of the broth retain its porky flavour. So let your expectations right before trying and reviewing. Had their yellow corn hakata ramen. Supposedly it is served with yellow corn sauce and TBH, I don't find the corn sauce special and it doesn't have that corn taste complementing the dish. I wasn't sure what to expect from this Ramen. Also had their spicy pork black garlic hakata ramen. Less porky taste as it tastes more garlicky. Better taste comparing to yellow corn hakata ramen. Would recommend this if you doesn't like the porky taste in the broth. Unfortunately they didn't have half boiled eggs that time when I visited. I don't get it because it is just the beginning of lunch time and they already have no eggs to serve or they don't have any to begin with. We added a pan fried gyoza, the filling was pitiful and wasn't up to my expectations. You can judge by the photo itself.

The nice service and clean dining place. Noodle texture is good but the taste is not as per my liking is ramen. You can actually inform them to adjust the saltiness, but since it's our first time we order their usual and I find it salty. The roasted pork ramen, the broth have a tangy taste from yuzu. The roast pork tsukemen, the dip is a bit sweet for my taste. And the roast pork is ultimately thinly sliced ? Chicken karaage is too oily and I'm not a fan of that karaage's smell.
