★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a pleasant experience. Bought a tie from the shop, and the shop assistant was friendly and helpful. Was offered some complimentary beverages cappucino, latte and hot chocolate, which were excellent.
I only left out 1 star because the sales assistant wasn't able to differentiate between the different men fragrances. In truth I didn't mind it, but just something management might want to look into to improve their services.
