Good location near Subang Airport that avoided heavy traffic jam on Federal Highway or other part of PJ.
Convenient & safe parking just below at basement.
Adequate sanitising & SOP for pandemic control.
Reception (Penang girl) very courteous & helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are quite thoughtfully designed and kept clean and fresh. I also liked the more eco friendly system of filling drinking water in glass bottles provided. Ms Zulaika's most friendly and efficient service running the hotel was most appreciated by our travel group. Location could be better if there is a direct shorter walk to he Ara Damansara LRT station. Will definitely rebook in future.

It's my 3rd stay here & i can safely say this hotel is well design & touch up with modern style. This hotel also provide laundry machine & dryer for guest to use, but only in the morning till evening.
Amenities was quite good as well. The room was clean. Nearest mall located within 10 minutes walking distance, which is Citta Mall. Overall, it is a nice place to stay. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and comfortable, plus parking wasn't an issue. Our room was cosy for 2 people. There's a microwave and water dispenser in the common area that's accessible anytime. No hotel breakfast provided which is honestly fine for a 3-star place, since 7-11 is just around the corner too. Joey is a great host, so friendly and hospitable! Thanks for the warm welcome :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The decorations are modern and beautiful. I love it. The space is not too spacious but okay for the price. I was check in after 12am which no front desk staff available after 12am but the check in process was very smooth. The staff was sooo helpful to guide me step by step. The downside is no lift from the basement parking to lobby. Need to use stairs. However, from lobby we can access to basement using lift. So, quite troublesome if you bring luggage or stroller. And the toilet is frosted glass door. If you stay with your friends or family, it will be lil bit inconvenience to use the toilet. Overall, it's a cozy and worth place to stay for boutique hotel.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second stay at Z Hotel, the price is reasonable for the room and also facilities provided. Facilities are complete with microwave, kettle, water dispenser, washer and dryer at common area. I also booked the room that comes with a mini fridge, which is really convenient. The hotel is away from the streets so it is quiet for a good sleep. Room and bathroom is clean, looks very well maintained. Customer service is good and very welcoming. Will still be coming back if I ever need a staycation.
