★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My card was sucked by ATM machine. When i told the staff they act like i was not important. Not even look at me until i rise my voice. It was my only bank card goddamit. You think im so free to go to maybank to get a new one? Plus i was in hurry and my kids are hungry. You pay my time uh for that kind of attitude?
Your ATM sucks and your staff sucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i want to withdraw RM1500 from my asb2. Then the teller make mistake withdraw from asb.
After i went out from the bank. I notice i only get RM1300 short rm200. I already make a report to bsn hq. I go again to clarify with the teller and want to see the cctv footage. They refuse. Becareful guys. Something fishy is going on with the bankers at BSN Bandar Sri Putra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there was only 3 workers, only 2 of them gave services to the clients. clients were only 3-4 people but it took A WHOLE HOUR to finish 2 person. the workers were VERY RUDE. i have already stated the reason to open a bank account but they were so attracted to people's personal life. yall dont actually deserve a star at all. work on your attitude first before you start working for an official job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are very slow. It never change. There's 4 counter but only 1 or 2 were active. Today only 1 customer but two counter cover him. Place to wait outside, it's hot and not enough chair for customers to sit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only known bank available here in Bandar Seri Putra. Like all banks, this bank have its usual facilities such as the ATM machine. Nowadays, this bank used a 2-in-1 machine (ATM and CDM), which is a good thing.
What I didn't like about this bank is one thing: slow service at the counter. The staffs tend to take their own sweet time (as in wasting time!) talking to their colleagues, even when working. In fact, from my experience, I have to wait almost 30 minutes for my turn at the counter. I also noticed three counters open, but only ONE counter is active, while the rest are inactive. Sometimes, the staffs tend to be rude; The only polite staff there is the guard (Polis Bantuan), and that's it.
Overall, Two Stars.
