โ โ โ โ โ macam mana negara nak maju ....kalau satu customer satu jam......staff berapa ramai....dah tahu customer 20 orang takkan buka 2 counter and setiap orang tunggu hampir 1 jam lebih.................INI BUKAN FIRST TIME DAH BANYAK KALI TETAP MACAM TU TIADA PERUBAHAN...BANK MANAGER ARE YOU JUST PLACED THERE TO SIT AT YOUR DESK AND DO NOTHING ?????BE MORE PROACTIVE AND PRODUCTIVE SO THAT PEOPLE WILL TRUST AND INVEST IN YOUR BANK!!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Parking problems,. Limited and busy location. Services for all, sorry to say. May be 2/10, need a lot of improvements. BSN HQ or state, please take it seriously from this review. Limited counter , only 3. With so slow services,.. by my personal experience. 1.Opening my son BSN Smart Junior on February 2019. 4 hours starting pick the number, until finish. So Bad experience.
2. Need to collect by son with parent, because no card stock during my opening account. Just have on 1.7.2019, after my own initiative to call the bank.
That's why BSN is not people's favourite bank.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff is helpful. This branch is not that big and because of social distancing, they cannot fit a lot of people in the premise in one time, so waiting time is definitely long and have to queue outside and wait for turn to go inside.
