โ โ โ โ โ I would like to express my sincere compliments to CIMB staff Ms. Elly of Jalan Semarak, Nilai Branch for being so courteous and cooperative during assisting my mum's on her banking matters. My mum's was unable to walk and we entered the bank with her on a wheelchair, the said transaction required my mum to go to 2nd floor but to my suprise, Ms. Elly herself, went upstairs to solve the matter with her superior. This good attitude of her brings smile to my mother's face. Kudos!..keep up with your good work with great attitude Ms. Elly. Thanks.
