โ โ โ โ โ Plenty of animal items on sale but parking can be a hassle. Great if you shop on Sunday parking is free and plentiful. Open during CNY 2022.

โ โ โ โ โ Lots of variety in terms of pet fish/aquarium products. Has everything I needed for a basic/advanced hobby. However, store guides needs to be improved better by advising buyers and what to expect especially for a first timer.
Aquarium fish price here is also decent with lots of choices and healthy looking fish. Would definitely comes back for more.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff here very helpful. I call the shop earlier before going to ask if they hv milk and feeding bottle for kitten. Answer call politely and very helpful when i reach at the shop. Price is ok.

โ โ โ โ โ I usually buy my dog biscuits, canned dog food, treats and dog accessories here, as I am a member of the shop.
However, I had a recent unpleasant experience when I was choosing some dog canned food on offer. While choosing for the variety of dog canned food, my hand touched a wet and very smelly leaked sauce from the top of the canned dog food. Some of the food label on the canned dog food were stained and wet with some dead maggots. I informed one of the Chinese Male staff and asked him where I could washed my hands as it was extremely smelly with some dead maggots. After washing my hands and spraying with the hand sanitizer, the foul smell lingered on my hands even for hours later. When the staff went through the stock, I was shocked to see many dented cans with some dead maggots and wet stains on the label.
It is advised that you check through thoroughly for any dented and leaking cans when you buy dog canned food.

โ โ โ โ โ Products are pretty wide range and i like going to their shop. It has improved and better than before as i am back after 4 years now since my dog passed. I just got new puppy again so i visited again. However, one of the senior staff need to be more friendly because he is pretty fierce at the cashier. :)

โ โ โ โ โ Good services provided, wide pet product selection (cat food, dog food, pet toy, fish tank, hamster, rabbit and a few exotic animals). Price ok, they have delivery too. Love going there to buy food for my cats.
