★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dog only 3 month old, i ask the female staff anything suite this age pomeranian dog for grind his teeth,then the staff recommended this Pig Ear, i also comfirm wif her my dog only 3 month old make sure he can digest it , she said that there is no preservatives and no msg. see what is this after my dog eaten the pig ear , He vomiting and diarrhea can only be taken to the doctor becoz of indigestion! The Staff must be more familiar wif every product in store before promote it ! this is the first time i have a pet i very cherish him,he been vomit & indigestion for 2 days, i hope he will get better soon !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call no pick up, walk in booking for grooming said need WhatsApp owner with cat health record card, after WhatsApp the details and want book for appointment, the owner disappear, no reply no response. If no provide service grooming for cat, is it hard to say no?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pet food and other products are quite a wide range, however, one of the staff is not that knowledgeable. I didnt visit this shop for 4 yrs since my dog passed. I am back 3 days ago bc i have a new puppy. I still prefer when those time Adrian and the lot was manning the shop as they are knowledgeable.

The clerk recommended this pig ear & we confirmed to the clerk whether the puppy can be eaten coz puppy more sensitive.My dog had to spend money to see a doctor because of indigestion and vomiting At the next day .There is also Suralan that we bought in the store to clean ear mites. The doctor said that it is illegal to sell at pet shops. The clerk didn’t teach us how to use it correctly, and it hasn’t improved so far. I think the clerk should know more about the product before promoting it. I’m glad that my dog just has indigestion. If there are any serious consequences, I really not dare to imagine …
