★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great! Coz Burger King is not available in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. So i have to go to others outlet for this. Its tasted amazing and quite large, love it so much!. Please consider to reopen the outlet in Kota Bharu again. Its been awhile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dude!!! It's fast food. Do i need to say more ?????. Well, today we went to Bukit Jelutong Burger King for our Black Friday and bought Tender Crispy Chicken. Of coz sharing dish with my colleague. Side order a drink and Cheese Fries. Happy in my tummy!!! ❤❤❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a triple cheese beef burger set, with a cold hot chocolate, burger bun was cold, beef patty almost cold, did not heat up to the right temperature, basically it was in the danger Zone temperature, the fries was an upsetting potion,hardly full, not fresh, the cold good item is the cold chocolate drink. Extremely poor Quality control. This is the second time I a row, failure from Burger King. Not recommended. #BukitJelutongoutlet. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty, fries on the floors, table left dirty(well malaysian mentality is at fault as well), baby chair block the walkways.... And even ask us to keep an eye on the counter as they dont send it to us... Burger King Malaysia... Please take care of this outlet... Before its become too late... A nice spot but cleanliness is very bad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know it is a waste of my precious time to write a comment here because I know for sure nobody from Burger King, be it the staff or owners, will be bothered to read and react to my comment. I have been coming to the Bkt Jelutong outlet for years now and I must say that the place is poorly kept with unwiped table and floors. Hope the greedy owners of Burger King will one day look into this problem.
