★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. When its my turn to order the lady at the counter was preparing other orders. After she done I called her. She then looking at me and then look back pretending like I'm not there. After another minute I called her again in a louder tone but she dont even look at me this time. By then a line had start to form behind me, so I let the person behind me order before me and to my surprise the staff took her order instantly!
THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
And did I forget to mention the seating area is also very disgusting. The table still got food crumbs on it. Never coming again!

We ordered 2 burger meals and told the counter not to put Onion : dua dua tak nak bawang (plus gesture)!
And here we go, both also with Onion, I can't take onion, it burns my throat and oral lining! Now i feel super not well and want to vomit.
I seriously fed up with the attitude of the counter/kitchen, they never take it seriously.
And the tables are occupied by the leftover debris from previous customer. We need to clean it ourselves and then when we finally wants to go dispose our paper bags. We finally realized that the rubbish bin is full and rubbish is exposed and it has been like that for very long time.
Burger King. Please do something if you do not want to see similar reviews again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love to eat here cos it's very strategic location. However the open area dining is filthy. There's leaves on the floor and the tables look like they're not wiped. I always bring my BK set to the Starbucks next door to eat. Cos it's cleaner. Do something.... It's disgusting
