The staff and doctors were very helpful as they check my skin condition and a step by step guide how to improve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff will left you in room for too long. They said treatment will take 45min-1 hours but it prolonged to 2 hours and half! Plus, the staff make loud noise, chit chatting at the counter and laughing which make me feel a bit uncomfortable. No pay wave or whatever. Just preapre cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a first timer here. Came not knowing the procedure is registration > consultation > treatment. I did ask the doctor in the consultation room that is the consultation part of the procedure for me to start doing the treatment, she said yes.
Treatment: beautician didnt wear face mask. I had to endure her bad breath the whole time. It was really unpleasant. Apart from having to deal with a person breathing very closely to you during extraction. Beautician wears gloves and to be honest it felt very very rough on my skin. Please stick to bear clean hands. And yes, people make noise outside it’s really not a calming place to have your facial here. Plus there were couple of time people knocking my door to get stuff from my treatment room is no fun either
Payment: only knew i had to pay for the consultation that I didn’t even ask for. Had to pay la right i got no choice. Should have mentioned before or give an option to the customer whether they want to be consulted or not. I felt like i was tricked.
Overall sucks. I hate to say this but yeah never coming again.
