★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to train the staff in customer service....when you are seated away from the notification screen, they won't call or inform you that the order is ready...they prefer to talk and watch their phones....food served not hot enough, might as well eat at McDonald's...why pay premium price..

The supervisor in charge on 26 March had their kids hanging around the place and acting like they own the place. At one point, this kids leg was blocking nearly half of the door. Very bad parents upbringing.
If you want to have them around, at least don't have them dirty the place any further

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst burger King store. My first time experience with this store is the staff never have heart for working. Me ordered through grab food the 2 set burgers but come only 1 set. How can this happen. Should check everything before they send out. This mistake is unacceptable as accuracy must be there to serve customers better but don't know what happen. Very very disappointed......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located outdoor of quayside mall but i can feel the comfort and cool environment as the premise provided with cassette aircond. Located just next to the indoor bike lane (allowed for bikers between 7am-10am only) so i guess in future people can plan for having breakfast at burger king during cycling trip
