โ โ โ โ โ Xinjiang chicken is ok at most, toothpick lamb is cold and dry, mee hiris chicken is the only decent only, mee hiris goreng is disappointing, egg & seeweed soup taste like seaweed but otherwise it's like 'soup kosong', dumpling is more skin than meat. Herbal tea is not bad hut too much sugar. If you want to know what is the meaning of "for illustration purpose only", eat here.

โ โ โ โ โ Firstly, they ran out of curry paste. Secondly, after we waited for more than half an hour for our order then the waitress came and told us they ran out of chicken. Why not tell earlier. They she went and spoke to the manager and suddenly the chicken appeared. Waited for another 10 minutes. Taste wise the food wasn't nice. Homemade chicken dumplings were really bad.

โ โ โ โ โ We ordered Mee tarik soup with braised beef and a bowl of fish soup with ginger. What I can say is the portions are really generous and service are fast. It will be our go-to restaurant if we really crave for Chinese specialty food. Another quality joint that Quayside hafta offer.

So we had theโฆ.
1) Mee Hiris (Knife-cut Noodle)
2) Mee Tarik (Pulled Noodle)
- made of the same dough but different techniques for the noodle ?
- the base is based on braised beef with chilli ? oil.
- the meat ? super tender , the noodle chewy and thick โฆ we love it ?
- the soup/broth โฆitโs quite mild to our liking , it would be nicer if there more heat ??? in it. Make it fiery ?!
3) Cumin Lamb Rice
-stirred fry lamb meat with cumin seasoning and veggies
- this is the bomb ?, we like it! Itโs so flavourful, the cumin seasoning is perfect โฆ need to add more rice to enjoy it ?
4) Xin Jiang Mutton
- slice mutton meat ? grilled using the Xin jiang method/style โฆ
-the toothpick made it easy for use to pick them up. Oh boy, itโs awesome ? too โฆ flavourful and aromatic-oily (itโs a good one ) addictive too. Must try !โจ
5) Healthy Babao Tea.
- a warm tea drink made of dates, longan, goji and tea leaf ?
- fresh , mild and itโs a blessing to have after a journey with those magnificent lamb meals ?
