★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here late at almost closing time, asked Pharmacist (Ms Jillian) for a topical medication (im a bit particular on pricing wise, if what im looking for, is just for a one-off usage and i wouldn't mind using the generic product as long same dosage, ingredient and cheap reasonably), very helpful pharmacist on recommending few similar product patiently, she try to understand my concern and i did my purchased at last.
As we're exiting we decided to come back in, to ask for an 'impossible' supplement (Increase height supplement), which i think maybe its a jokes for every pharmacist or doc, she's skeptic on advising at first due to certain particular factor, but as my friend eagerly asking for a favor, she then recommend us to try a herbs supplement product (which she did say its not a promise) but she believe it may helps, reasonable price, but my friend insisted to try. Really appreciate her kind advise and consuming tips, especially her time on consulting us, plus the discount too ?
This is how a dedicated pharmacist should be, warm, good product knowledge and upselling skill, trying to understand people needs, calm, polite & patience, maybe its my lucky time as theres no other customer, but i think she's an honest person on carrying her job (some people is so fake, or 'make a face', you know what i mean, especially during closing time).
Look for Ms Jillian (the said Pharmacist) whenever you need any help here, shes the best. Bless to people who make life of others easier.
