★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply terrible service provider with poor management and service.
appointment made for 12.30 pm on Sunday, I arrived Carsome Kelana Jaya at 12.10pm. Waited about 30 minutes before their staff attended me and that was ok since my appointment was 12.30pm anyway, after brief information collection on my car, the staff told me the wait will be long, roughly around 2pm for my turn for inspection, then approx 30 mins for the actual inspection.
So i questioned why did you accept so many customers appointment in the first place when you know roughly how much time you need for each appointment? and based on your experience you already knew the que is longer than usual. The online registration serve no purpose at all. at least put a remark saying the wait time may be longer ie 2hours etc. I explained to him i came from far at least an hour away and i have another appointment to serve at 2pm i can't wait as he estimated. He just sat there looking at me with that "ok then? go else where then" face without saying anything, sitting numbly not knowing how to get this sorted.
Of course i left without letting them handle my car. Looking at how they manage their service floor, appointment management, and inspection process was big mess.
Stop asking your upset customer to send in email regarding the situation. I see most reviews here already explained clearly what the problem was and it should be enough for you the cs team to tackle and improve.
Ended up with mytukar and car was up for bidding in no time. The whole process took just less than 30mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment for Car Inspection @ 11 am on 24/5.When I reached there I was asked by Ms Hannis to fill up 2 Forms - Preinspection Document Checklist & Preinspection Consent Form.When I enquired Why the need She was very Rude & Pushy .She just told me this is Co’s SOP & kept on questioning if I want an inspection.I was really annoyed by such attitude & decided to cancel this inspection.As Consumers isn’t Our Right to know in details before We sign any documents ? Pls Employ Qualified & Customer Oriented Personnel to handle such crucial Contact Point.TQ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though they claim to provide 20% higher than average trade-in-price but it’s other way round. In actual Carsome will offer you 15-20% less than the market price and other used car dealers and online car selling platforms.
My suggestion would be don’t waste your time if you’re looking for some good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold my car here, inspection very thorough, although their offer was below my expectation they helped to auction it at 8% higher, great. 3 staffs took turns serving me Azwan (inspection & auction), Kogi (liaising handover appt) & Damien (liaise settle Hp, transfer n car handover)....all young men and professionally conducted their job. Thanks guys you explained process carefully and transacted fairly well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is only based on my experience on viewing a car to buy instead of sell. The service was great and office is brand new and nice. Managed to view the car I want even though I didn’t commit to buy in the end due to personal reason. Didn’t give full star due to I was not served immediately. Had to wait like 10 minute even though not many people in the sales office during the period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they might be a good place to sell your car. BUT not to purchase a used vehicle. I can get better service and treatment from other used car dealers. They didn't transparently show any defect on the car. And their agent act as it's not their problems. And it already passed 14 days and i still not getting my booking refund. Unanswered refund inquiry from their agent. Calling their customers service also not helping. Disappointed with Carsome !!!
