★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with one of the staff at the counter, it is up to the customer either want to speak in english or bahasa melayu, but the Indian staff there asked me teasingly why i don't speak in tamil and i said it is not a indian company for me to speak in tamil, and she sarcastically argued with me. She also teased me by telling a malay QC there to only speak with me in english which made me very furious about her behaviour. This company doesn't give their staff proper orientation on how to behave with customers. This kind of behavior will only tarnish the company's name
