โ โ โ โ โ I booked a car to test drive and carsome contacted me and agreed to bring the car to my workplace as i finish work late and they would be closed already , and they made me pay the booking and then they never showed up, never reply their whatsapp , never replied their email , i called three times to request a refund and each time they tell me someone will get back to you and they never do !!
Its really upsetting the way they treat their potential clients !!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Incompetent staff and system, never trust them. Collected my deposit and told me the car was sold where else I did inform the manager to reserve like 3 weeks ago.

โ โ โ โ โ Friendly Staff, Easy Process, and Extremely FAST Payment. Sold my car today for slightly higher offer price than others and get the money transferred into my bank in less than an hour. Kelvin from Puchong branch is very nice and clearly briefing me on my options and detail explanation on the whole process. Highly recommended. The experience really blow away my expectation, CARSOME will be a very successful company if they keep up the good work!

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to share my experience with the Carsome Experience Team, specifically Mr.Ravi and Ms.Disha from carsome which have been of tremendous help in resolving my issue. They went above and beyond in ensuring customer satisfaction hearing me out, and working with the relevant team to ensure that my issues are properly attended to and in a timely manner, whether it was day time or night, or beyond office hours, they were courteous and well informed always and had diligently responded to me throughout my journey with carsome and engaged the concerned people to work with me.
This is a shout out and thank you from me (Muhammad Anwar ul Haq, that bought a Proton Preve from Carsome to thank these two individuals specifically that stepped up, that owned the issues and helped to resolve them). May Almighty keep them happy and blessed, and may they raise to higher ranks in the company, keep doing the good that you guys do!

โ โ โ โ โ i thought carsome buy car with higher market value. sadly its a big NO. still got lowballed. enter the bidding for 2 days also no buyer. what a waste of time. Planned to trade in my car, buy from carsome too so can get 1k discount. now its pointless. just buy n my old car sell elsewhere

1. Informed the customer service the day before I can only handover the car in 1-2 weeks time, they decided to go ahead & just set an appointment for inspection without asking if it's okay for me
2. Cleared morning schedule just because the appointment they set is 9am, waited for hours nobody come & not even a phone call/text to let me know , reached out to the number help book the appointment, no answer
3. 5 hours later just dropped a super insincere message, brush it off with insincere apologies for my inconvenience
Question
1. Why confirm appointment when I have already pointed out I cannot handover the car within 5days?
2. Is your business too big & you couldn't even care to inform the customer you are not showing up?
3. I wanted to trade in my car to get a new car, new car delivery takes at least 1-2 weeks (which is considerably short), if I cannot even check the trade in value beforehand to plan for my new car hire purchase loan amount... not sure how "hassle-free" is your service...
Anyway, I guess it's a good thing, with these, I have very little confident for the company to pay me in 1hr to be honest.
