I have experienced very humiliating situation with the bus driver (Prisma Express). They didnt allowed me to board the bus due to dont have printed ticket but in the e-ticket clearly written only show e-ticket from mobile phone. I would like a appology from the operator personally because I was humiliated in front of everyone. Catchthatbus need to take action on this issue or else another passenger will be facing the same situation. (Prisma Express, Kajang-Pasir Gudang, 27/12/2017, 11.30pm)

I was at Pasar Seni LRT station, walking towards old railway station to catch the Plusliner bus. I called Catch That Bus hotline to get the directions. The two Malay ladies were of zero help, either they gave me 'It's difficult to tell you over the phone' script or worst, one even told me that I went to the wrong station, and that I need to go over to KL Sentral. I took her advice and dashed back to the LRT station, dragging my luggage with me. Guess what? 2 mins later she called to apologise for giving me wrong info. I could have missed my bus! At the end, I got to the Plusliner Executive Lounge by asking numerous strangers near the Pasar Seni LRT station. At the lounge, I did get a promised call by the hotline staff. But it was insult to injury as she told me I needed to take a cab. This is despite me telling her I'm already at the lounge. I wrote a complaint through the only email address on their website, which looks like a sales related enquiry channel. Till today I have yet to hear from them. No more! Uninstalling my app after this. A frustrating, disappointing and upsetting experience.

I have booked and pay using catch that bus website (KL to JB). but i didn't get any email for the ticket. already issued using email, live chat & phone call. but still waiting for response. very bad for booking site. need extra work to get the ticket.

1)Schelduled for 1415hrs bus near hotel but was changed to 1300hrs bus 15min away taxi ride from actual point by email notification sent by the company 1152hrs when no available email connection. 2)Bought 3 online adult tickets for $291RM but 're-buy' Terminal Bersepadu Selatan(TBS) onsite ticket $130RM. 3)Call up 'Catchthebus' hotline for replacement tickets but staff said 'unfortunately unable to help'. My kind advice is "Don't waste your money online tickets, get Terminal Bersepadu Selatan actual tickets. You can easily get tickets there without any frustrations and unhappiness."

Have used this service 3 times for trips to Kota Bharu and back. Payment via Maybank2U was smooth and the bus operator (Perdana Express) did not require a reprint of the tickets at the counter. I just had to board the bus with my printed A4 ticket that was emailed to me. Convenient and will definitely use this site for future purchases.

Booked through the online app. Bought ticket from kl to malacca and back to kl. Payment process was easy. But they dont provide the option to buy return tiket. So need to buy each one separately. Make sure to read the instructions on the ticket carefully. From kl to melaka, you are not required to print the ticket but from melaka to kl, need to have a printed ticket (I just printed both just in case). I recommend to buy it through the app rather than buying the bus ticket at TBS as the queue to buy was super long on friday. Thankfully the counter to redeem my ticket was not long.

Ive been using catchthatbus quite a lot for my trips. I really like the old version of the apps where you can just directly send a message for any inquiries and it is fast reply. the new apps is okay is just that i don't know whether it's the app or my phone whenever i bought a ticket and the payment is successful, i still didn't get an email for my ticket. it happens few times after using the new updated apps and so i need to call the customer service for them to email me the ticket. Another problem is sometimes i've chose a seat but then when i change to boarding pass the seat is changed. Seat is very important to me cause I always feel dizzy if im not comfortable plus im a woman. I picked a single seat online but ended up i have to seat at double seat and next to a man. It is so dissapointing. I hope you could improve the coordination with the bus operator. thank you

The app is intuitive, booking bus tickets is easy and direct. There are many payment options available including e-Wallets. Hope to see more operators jump onto the bandwagon of boarding via e-tickets and go paperless.
