Very bad service..
Buy the ticket at amanjaya ipoh, ask the counter "is that the bus directly to klang central?" The staff answer "yes and only stop at shah alam".
But the bus entering duta toll, stop at duta for disembark pax, proceed to TBS to disembark pax, proceed to shah alam to disembark pax and lastly to klang central.
The journey that should take time only 3:30 hrs, extend to 04:55hrs
What the hell of service???
Very³ not recomended.
Waste my time entering all this pit stop and facing with jemed.
VERY BAD AND POOR SERVICE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the website shows nice seats that have electronic adjusters. my bus was no such thing. it was dirty and no seat belts. save your cash and get another bus. false advertisement at its finest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible management! Whole experience was awful! After the bus arrived, I went onto the bus and found out that my seat is full of rubbish! I told the driver but he asked me to clean by myself! I felt so discomfort to sit on this seat as well! Also, the bus is so old and the sound of air con is too loud!!! All is so horrible and unacceptable! This was the first and the last with Supernice! Highly recommended all of you guys to select other bus instead of Supernice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not mad if the bus just slightly delayed, but I'm mad that the bus stop EVERYWHERE, it's like this bus is not even an express bus.
The journey to Johor Bahru from Penang should take roughly 8 hours, but with all the stops, it has gone all the way to almost 12 hours.
This is completely unacceptable. I would rather choose a higher price for a direct route without stopping, but sadly there isn't any bus services offers it, and this bus is not even the cheapest one.....

1. Time booking 4.30 pm price are rm40
Time booking 5.05 pm price are rm35
So mean i can save rm5 more if i book 5.05 pm
I think THE COMPANY PURPOSELY PUT 2 time schedule to increase passenger but who book 4.30 have to pay more
I booked 4.30pm BUT THE bus CAME AT 5.29PM
ALMOST 1 hours!
2. When i complain bus driver, the bus driver scold back me “ if u not happy U CAN WALK BACK”
Fk like i am the one who wrong, the time promised not me OK!
The service experience is very bad even on ticket office dont want sell their ticket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My journey from sungai petani to Kl suppose to be 6 hours at most. this bus not only stopping at many station, but also stop to exchange passenger with other bus company! It took total 8 hours, and ticket is rm10 more expensive than other company. Not delivering what consumer paid for, not on time..bad experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most worst bus schedule. 2pm bus scheduled but arrived at 3pm. The drivers also taking their own sweet time. If there is option not to give star than I will not any star. Drivers are smoking, co-driver watching youtube. do some improvement to get customer satisfactory. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonder if the management reads the reviews/comments here. Booked a ticket to Pasir Gudang for 2.45pm. Now it's 4.25pm and the bus is not here. No help from the counter as they keep on saying coming coming on the way....... Worst service!
