β β β β β Worst service counter I met before especially kl sentral basement counter. We bought tickets to awana station for 4pm and we reached there on time but they say bus just gone because their timing already 4.05pm! Somemore they say ticket mentioned passenger have to reach there 10 mins earlier but it never wrote there!

β β β β β When I got there in the afternoon, 1: 30pm , The Bus conductor told me to wait until 4οΌ00pm for the bus and Very bad attitude. And then those are the taxi drivers who keep pulling you over to ride his taxi and get up to the Genting. And you can't buy bus tickets on online ?

β β β β β no STAR for them actually but if I didn't rate for one STAR...I can't post my comment, as they don't have online advance booking service, some more have to go to the counter and buy the bus ticket (sometimes sold out then you have to wait for next two to three hours to get another bus if you want to buy the ticket on that day) I think this is the WORST service that i ever met.. They should provide good service, for example provide online purchase service as what is the century now? should have one please..Also, please provide extra bus to get up to GENTING especially during public holiday. Lastly, their stuff is rude and unprofessional, kindly take note all these points that i mentioned, it definitely helps your company! thanks Oh ya! one more thing, I tried to contact them to ask for more info..no ones pick up the call...I was like.............

β β β β β The clerk was not helpful and didn't have a good logic at all. We wanted to take ticket to Genting with bus and skyway, and we stated before that we want to have 2-ways trip. She offered a package that includes 2 ways trip wish bus and skyways, we didn't want that. We said again to her that we wanted to buy 2 ways trip with bus, we payed the tickets, and without any confirmation she gave 1 ways ticket only and asked to buy the 1 ticket to go back to KL later at Genting.
My transaction was at 14 July 2019, 20.18. Please improve the service and give training like how to have a logical thinking to the clerk. Thanks.

β β β β β It's located near the air asia counter and 1st floor. Before we don't know this place and always queue in the lower ground near the bus station and always have long lines. In here almost no one queuing so better go to the this place. From the main door just turn right near the locker room

β β β β β Please be mindful when you purchase tickets at Gogenting counter,KL Sentral, it is highly recommended to take buses operated by Genting themselves. You pay same price for reliable, comfortable and bigger seat with 3 seats as compared to Aero Bus also offered by the Gogenting counter. The AeroBus seats conditions are malfunction and congested with 4 seats per row! Not worth.
