★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setapak Central Celcom Centre only caters for postpaid users or any postpaid-related queries (bill payments, postpaid registration etc.). If you need to ask matters related to its prepaid plans/prepaid queries, you have to go to one of its HQ (the nearest is located at Prima Sri Gombak. Google: Celcom Bluecube Prima Sri Gombak).

And very fake people cant spoke nicely at fone but infront me talk nicely . Terminate this staff . I can viral her picture until this guy terminated !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here in Aug'2020. I was greeted by a very friendly & helpful rep. who explained all the different plans and devices. The rest of the team was very helpful & friendly as well. I was looking to change my plan with new device. He was more than happy for me to check out the devices and was very knowledgeable as well about the devices and the plans. It was an excellent experience, i will definite keep returning back here for more good stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pleasant experience here. Staff (Affniza) was very helpful. Knew what to explain and explained it well before i made a purchase.
I saw other customers making bill payments as well. Fast and easy transaction.
I think most Celcom branches are starting to improve their service levels and this branch definitely delivered above expectations. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The celcom guy is very rude. I bought modem with simcard in it. Suddenly last 2 weeks, no connection at all despite showing full bars. Came back to setapak central's celcom branch, only to be told "we dont support simcard in modem anymore, just go terminate your simcard". Thats all?? You're the one who's promoting to use this modem! And then, easily ask me to terminate somewhere else. They dont do termination service. No customer-skills whatsoever! Bad services.
