β β β β β The staff here refused to assist me to switch from other prepaid to Digi prepaid. They told me they can only help to switch my prepaid to postpaid (where I believe the underlying reason is that every new postpaid user they get, they will receive comission)
Not helpful so Not Recommended
I got it done in other Digi store in less than 5 mins. Is it not like what she said need to go centre Digi store. Just that sign up prepaid user they dun get any commission so they dun really wanna entertain you.

β β β β β She is very helpful and friendly? how lucky i am?the case is, iβm new to digi fibre and they (digi helpdesk team) donβt set up any login info to my digi apps till a month, and I canβt view my acc, and canβt pay directly? and what i do is.. directly just contact her, and she offered me a help. Then like u see! U can trust her???She deserve 5βοΈβ₯οΈ Now helpdesk just set my info right into my email after 2m? ooo gosh, if I donβt contact Lim, i guess my bill will increase tho?
