★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this pandemic era with people having financial constraints and so many struggles, I feel the clinic is really over charging. On 21st March, Sunday I came over for a nebuliser following an athsma attack. The only reason I went there is because my regular clinic Medijaya is closed on a Sunday. I was there at 4pm. And attended by a senior locum doctor. Prior going in I asked what is the price for nebuliser and I was told rm25. (nebuliser is a common athsma reliever treatment.) he also prescribed me 2 strips of ventolin pills which I belive not more than rm5 at the pharmacy. The consultation is so so, which is pretty common if you are attended by a visiting locum there (based on my previous experience. I was quite shocked to find out that my total bill is Rm85. Even if 2 mins consultation costs Rm30, I do not know how they round it up to Rm85. I did ask the receptionist to give me a break down but she said it was the doctors order. Being someone struggling with athsma, and also impacted by this pandemic, I feel this clinic is abusing the situation and overcharging their patients. I can't imaging other desperate patients having to fork up with a surprise amount on top of their health duress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing a lot of one star reviews here, but most of them are actually complaining about the part-time indian lady doctor. While this may be true, don't be discouraged by the reviews as the clinic has good doctors too. Just call and ask which doctor is in before coming in.
In particular, Dr Liaw is patient, empathetic and skilled. He always listens and answers your questions. I have been a frequent patient of Dr Liaw now and he has never let me down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this clinic a 0 star if I could, I condemn this clinic in the strongest sense: All thanks to the INDIAN LADY DOCTOR. Very unprofessional, rude and unhelpful!
I visited this clinic awhile ago, the Indian lady doctor was outrageously unprofessional and unhelpful! She let her personal prejudices get in between her professional duty as a doctor.
Terrible! Lousy doctor and I am glad I am not the only person who thinks she is incredibly horrible doctor!! How can she even call herself a "doctor"?
Disgraceful, MALU to the medical field. You bring shame to your own colleagues and fellow doctors!
You are supposed to be helpful to your clients in whatever medical matter, not judge them and make them feel uncomfortable. What kind of doctor are you? UNPROFESSIONAL.
YOU continue to tarnish the name of this clinic by just being there. Disgraceful! You are unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the clinic a few times to see my trusted and friendly doctor, he took time to listen and verify my complaint and referred back to his earlier notes on my complaints. since covid19 outbreak. I no longer have long waiting time to see doctor. Klinic can still improve by clear labelling of prescription as I noticed only surname on my prescription, bad if family members sick at same period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The INDIAN LADY "doctor" was horrendous!! Super RUDE and INCOMPETENT. How can she even call herself a doctor? Please save your money and time, don't come to this clinic.
The medical body should REVOKE her practising license honestly! She was incompetent and negligent! SHOULD SERIOUSLY SUE HER! Unbelievable, never been so repelled by a doctor before, especially due to their shocking incompetence and lack of knowledge! Super incompetent! Disgusting service!

Paid RM50/ for urine test for submission of insurance policy and report not completed and delayed my submission. collected my morning & afternoon test and I swear I have proper submitted to the counter and now said only got one result came out.. so funny … no system.. mess place also.. still crowded with people
I dono what to say but now I have to take leave for another test at other place again… wasted my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited there before, other doctor actually very nice professional. The bad reviews actually meant for Dr. Ranjit.
I accompany my friend go there, walked to the room and Dr. Ranjit yelled at me "you wait outside, she can speak herself!". If the reason is to limit amount of people then can put some writing on the door.
My friend also said Dr. Ranjit did not really carefully check like other doctor and she didnt willing to listen properly.
