Eexcellent cars, superb service and great prices. What does one need more? Yes, the ultra personal service and attention of Cedric, who treats you as a friend rather then as a customer.
Next time I will rent again from Cedric.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been using Century Intergroup Car Hire in Penang for 2 years now and always use them. The cars have been great, the service is excellent and Cedric is always helpful and friendly! Once I know my travel dates to Penang, I will contact him and arrange a vehicle for hire and they will have it delivered and picked up from where I’m staying. Hassle free. Their rates are good too. Would absolutely recommend to hire from them.

No detail is missed, he fought the incompetent dealer on my behalf and provides excellent service now that it is out of warranty. I can not recommend him highly enough. He is honest and responsive beyond my expectations. Want a car ? Get it from Cedric. You will never be disappointed.

I’ve been renting from Cedric for nearly 2 years now and can highly recommend this business. Bills are usually paid over a beer which is awesome. 10/10!!

I rented 4 different cars from Century, some short term, some long term, and in each case :
* I got a super friendly and personalised service from Cedric, who is doing everything to satisfy your request, even last moment change of dates.
* The car was in a perfect condition, well maintained (tyres, battery, oil, everything is mentioned with last maintenance date)
* There are NO hidden costs, everything is clear, and the packages are very competitive.
* Because of Insurance and assistance, provided with the rental, one can go with total peace-in-mind
I would definitely recommend Century and Cedric for any rental, just hoping that competitors worldwide would learn from him...

Cedric went above and beyond to get the car delivered to us and agreed to pick the car up from the airport for a little cost, which was quite convenient for us. Awesome customer service.
