★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lovely place to stay, good security not simply allow outsider to come into the condo. Convenience to exit to all highways and surrounding with many malls. Traffic not as good during school hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking management is a JOKE. Grab drivers with car need to pay rm3 ( cause "per entry" baring in mind that its mco3.0 and no dine ins allowed) just to pick up orders from cafes at this area. Do not bother parking yr car at this area and let fools earn money like this. Ridiculous!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security acts like "I am the boss here", very rude and not using their brain to think. Just follow their mood or their "own rule".
When i stopped my car at front of the lobby. Passenger needed to carry some heavy stuff behind car boot. Security did not want to listen any reason, just asked me to drive towards front a bit. Come on la common sense, just a few minutes or may b only 1 minute. Just wanted peoples follow his own rule without thinking common sense. Rude and Stupid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the building is already 20 yrs old, however it's being well maintained and the upgrading works are on going too. Beautiful landscaping with floral surrounding the huge swimming pool area, equipped with children playground, tennis court, 1/2 size basketball court, indoor squash court, indoor badminton court, gymnasium room, bbq area, etc ... Worth the stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay.. I’ve been here for almost a year. So far all is good. Management, security are all helpful. Very accessible to mostly places that is essential like grocery, hospital, school, police station and mall. Overall experience was a comfortable and quiet place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nearly 25 years old but still very nice n clean....the management is good n security is great....facilities is a bit rundown...especially tennis crts n badminton crts...but the pool is still beautifull...nice garden too....???❤❤❤
