★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit too dystopia looking in terms of design and layout, and the security have all the charm of a rottweiler with rabies.
The units are ok though.

The common smoking area is found near the exit of the basent parking. Every single time we exit from the carpark, we have to endure the smell of second hand smoke. Could you kindly relocate the smoking area. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located just next to GIS, this condo has all the amenities you could want from 2 astro-turfed tennis courts, 2 swimming pools below, another swimming pool and a beach at top, 2 gyms, table tennis, squash courts, copious number of outdoor and indoor visitor carparks. Makes me wonder how much the maintenance costs of this place is like.
