★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noise issue!!!! Can't sleep!!!
Because the wall is so thin. Can't play anything on TV even on normal volume, because your neighbor will be disturbed. And you will keep hearing noises from your neighbor. The host will not solve the issue. The host simply starting a fight between you and the neighbor.
Booked the room for a month, ended up evicted because of this with no refund. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY WERE NOT PREPARED FOR MY REQUEST WHICH WAS TO CHECK IN AT 2PM. HAD TO WAIT 1 HOUR FOR CHECK IN. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOTALLY BAD. THEY EITHER CANCEL YOUR CALL OR YOU WONT BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY ARE NOT LOCAL. THE ONE SPOKE TO ME WAS LIKE A PHILIPINO. VERY RUDE AND I CAN HEAR OTHER CS ARE SPEAKING ITS JUST TOO LOUD. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lift are not enough for a building with this capacity, we had to walk down the stairs from 18 floors because we couldn’t get in an elevator. It’s either filled with people or it won’t stop on our floor.
The room are filthy. The bed sheet have suspicious stained in multiple places, even the pillow have it. It’s disgusting!
Floor and fan are filled with dust, wall paper were ripped off. Mirror are sticked with masking tape! What’s with that?! Even the LED lights are not installed properly.
There’s only two towels supply for a 4 person stay. No shower gel for showering, no tooth brush or supply us with any toothpaste. no sponge for cleaning plates. Basically it’s an empty room.
No drinkable water, because the pipes were leaking. At least we have 4 drinkable bottles of water from the management after complaining.
The management told us the bathroom door is defective, but in reality the door is broken, we couldn’t even close the door at all. It’s the worst stay we’ve ever experienced.

Convenient to go everywhere by walking distance.
Highly recommend for the skypool and skybar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible pool and rooftop bar. Good gym and facilities to use. But so many short term customers came to stay so if you stay long term here you won't have peaceful sleep at night. As it is will always have noise. After service from the agent was not impress as well careful for over promised stuff. You might end up paying more than you expect with small room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't put towels for us so we requested it via the phone and WhatsApp they gave, no reply until we reach them at the counter, after that still have to wait more than an hour until we spamming call and msg then they just deliver the stuff we wanted. If the items will be delivered late it's okay, but please at least reply us and tell us estimated time it will reach.
The room didnt provide the brush tool and laundry powder. So if you wish to wash clothes you have to prepare your own or buy it at the convenience store just beside the reception area.
The good thing in the room is they provide smart TV so you can enjoy YouTube, Netflix etc.
Our room's view is quite bad, it was a under construction building. Other is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strategic location. My room was facing the KL tower, but my room was smelly though, it made all my clothes smell like it. Staffs are nice and helpful. Anyway, I loved it here. I would definitely come again.
