The maids listen to instructions well. I don't need to tell them what to do after the first time. I have peace of mind engaging this company.

โ โ โ โ โ First of all, I requested for deep cleaning service in the morning, but on the day itself, the PIC told me my appt in the afternoon, fine, this was resolved very fast after that. But the quality of the service is not what I expected, they don't even enter my toilets, my bedrooms and my balcony. And my kitchen is still dirty. One of the cleaner even tell me back that I never tell him what to do that he couldn't plan properly. Sigh.... I have been ordered cleaning service for many years, this is the first time I encountered this kind of cleaning service.
