★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff unfriendly, when customers asked about new stock, they just take the bag walk in store room check 30s come out and say the demo unit is last piece. I stand there watching them to serve other customers, they not even check the stock and tell customers no more stock. They seem like not very welcome customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really don’t comment on these but today i visited here at one utama, i asked the gentleman to recommend some bags for me he’s like oh sorry miss for your budget got no bags here , even sandals i asked he said to look under them n u will see the price , i actually had three bags in my hands thats why i asked help but really the worst customer service never will go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went there C&K One Utama. There's so many customers already at tht time but really? Only 2-3 staff tht served all the customers? So hard to gt my items size and everything. But I noticed after few minutes there 3-4 more staff cme in? So should be 7-8 total staff today?? Break time? Impossible 4 of them go break plus already 8-9pm and thn they served us annoyingly!!! Please control your staff. We as customers want to buy your products. You guys should serve us/your customers well !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i love their promoter bcs didn’t follow customers in the boutique! they allow us to take a look on the collections peacefully haha. extra credit to long hair chinese promoter bcs she took out the wallets tray when noticed we were looked at that even we didn’t ask for it since we are shy shy cat?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever.. the workers were very rude as they thought that we could not afford to buy their products just because we dressed up very casually and we were perceived as if we didn’t have the money to purchase anything. If it’s a marketing tactic, it really does not work because it is only scarring the name of the brand. I would rate this store a zero if I could. Even high-end store workers treat their customers better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't enjoy my shopping experience at Charles & Keith 1 Utama new wing today. The Malay long hair female staff was not friendly, not helpful and failed her basic customer service. She looks like having a bad mood, answered questions reluctantly and try to avoid eye contact with customer. She doesnt enjoy her job at all. It is Raya, maybe she is forced to work? I walked out from this store immediately after received her treatment and went to Pedro and bought my new shoes. Pedro's staff is very friendly and helpful. I used to enjoy shopping at Charles & Keith new wing very much because they have many friendly and helpful Malay staffs before they moved from new wing to old wing. I saw many recent negative comments on this Malay long hair female staff. I think the management needs to provide trainings to improve their customer experience.
