★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience. They took a booking deposit from me and later told me that they can’t give me the unit I paid for (only after I asked them about it). Then once I requested for a refund they delayed that as well. Also when I inquired about it the agent was very rude and impolite! Do not recommend them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please train your staff to do proper job okay. I paid booking and process fee and say all is good and confirm. Suddenly 1week before getting key say my unit will not be available. 1WEEK OK not 1 month before. If 1 month before can understand lah. You guys are giving me so much problem as I’ve already arranged movers for the date that I was supposed to get the key. Please lah. This involves money okay. I really don’t know and don’t understand how you guys can do business like this.
