β β β β β This is my first time trying drink from Chizu. I heard lot of reviews and now I have taste it myself, I'm impressed. As a a cheese lover, cheese on top of drink is an A+ to me! I bought coffee cheese and I thought the coffee will be like mediocre, but no, it was really nice! And the croissants at Honzu is delicious too. Gonna try other drinks and croissants again next time. Maybe the cakes too! ?
Staff was helpful as this place doesn't provide you straws, they told me I have to drink it directly from the lid so we can get the drink and cheese at the same time. Haha.

β β β β β I liked Chizu outlet in NU Sentral because they still selling Honzu croissants because outlet in Sunway Pyramid already discontinue, only cakes. Nice place to chill here too.

β β β β β Insanely delicious. For sure, once you try them, you will definitely look for it again. Croissants are very crispy and chewy at the same time, and the toppings are fresh and super yummy and delicious. I just tried the original 3-4 times, but no matter what flavors you're interested in, you wil love it. Just finished my late lunch and got 6 pieces of them, (Get 5 Free 1) and I was not hungry at all, just thinking that maybe I can have a small bite, but you know what? I finished up 4 pieces, only 30 mintues after my meal. Unbelievably tasty and yummy. Goes reall well with coffee or any beverages, such as orange juice, fruits juice, whatever it may be. I will definitely visit again in the near future, and if my friends visit KL, I will bring them all for dessert for sure. I love it. Hope it can be known and loved by many others.

β β β β β The original croissant is fluffy and pretty alright. The Chizu soy drink is a little sweet to me, but it is nowhere as sweet as Homesoy.
Electrical outlets are available, perfect if you want to work while you enjoy a meal. It's rather quiet here too, visited on a Friday evening.
Recommend a visit. Check out their deals on Shopee, and purchase vouchers for extra saving.

β β β β β Tried Chizu the first few times at different outlets prior to the one in sentral and I found out i've been drinking it wrong. If it weren't for the staff present here, I would probably have continued drinking it wrong and deprive of myself of experiencing this delicious drink.
As for the drink, this is a unique blend of both cheese and oolong tea that just works well beyond what I expected in my head. As you sip on this drink, the ratio of tea to cheese entering varies and thus the taste constantly changes as you have your fill. By the time you reach the end of your drink, you'll be able to have a full taste of its delicious cheese.
The place is very classy and has ambient music to chill and take a break.
The staff as mentioned before have been excellent in both recommending the assortment of drinks and croissants available. They're knowledgable of what a customer would like and not like.They are very friendly and it adds to the charm of this place. Highest of praises to Mr Asrul and team for constantly delivering an excellent experience for each visit. I couldn't recommend this enough!

I wants to order roasted oolong tea cheese, 8 was pointed at the menu to the order, I also ask the staff do u have cheese topping for this, then he recommended me to order normal roasted oolong tea, I felt like Ok, maybe this also got cheese topping also. But the. They gave the drink without cheese topping, n told me I should order for the cheese roasted oolong tea. Wha theβ¦. i was order cheese roasted oolong tea but u told me to order the other one. ??? They dont evenβt tried to confort or add for me (i willing to pay), they just keep showing me the menu and keep mention that I order wrongly, Sokay I accepted it, this will be my last visit.
The environment is so dirty and messy. There are 3-4 staffs on shift, but no one cleaning the table and floor.
Weird. I visited sunway pyramid CHIZU before, it is nice, but hereβ¦. Sorry, here is so bad, too bad.
