One of my favorite mee store in Ipoh. Here u can get the famous Ipoh Yong Tau fu, Asam Laksa, local mee soup, Ipoh hot fun. Other then that, there is also others sort which sell Ipoh local delight such as 雲吞麵, 豬腸粉, 魷魚翁菜, etc... There is no doubt the food is delicious, but as usual, the parking is a problem when u visit popular food store here ? So, plan your visit and avoid peak hours ? then u will find parking easily and enjoying the food happily ??

Really tasty curry noodles. You can choose the ingredients and it will be fried or boiled and served to you.

A favourite spot for lunch. Many varieties of yong tau foo at RM1.10 per piece. Personal favourite is the fried turnip ( sar kok liew). The fried fish ball ( 3 types - plain, vege or onion) is good as well. The fish ball is bouncy as well with a nice bite. Other unique items are the fried cakoi, egg and long bean (tho hardly see this anymore). They are stuffed with fish paste. Remember to get the chilli sauce as well. It goes well with the fried items. They also have asam laksa ( Penang style). Would normally opt for the laksa soup instead of the usual plain soup. Can also request for asam laksa soup only with the noodles ( RM2 each). For Ipoh standard the asam laksa is considered not bad. Place can be busy and item may run out at times. However fresh batch is always being made so thats good. Expect a queue during peak hours.

Yummy!!! Very reasonable price and yummy. I like wanton goreng, big and crunchy!! I recommend red bean drink, che chong fan & crispy pork in this food court. Usually we choose yong tau fu and order che chong fan in next shop. Good combination!!! We're coming here regularly ??????????

Yong tau fu galore in this 'fast-food' place where you self-service and pick what you fancy, lotsa fried stuff to choose from, but the local specialty would be fried turnip. It's a lil crunchy and v savoury. Others are pretty run-of-the-mill stuff. This area is abuzz with patrons on weekend mornings, good thing is the line keeps moving.

At the famous under the big tree Yong Tau Fu (stuff anything and everything with fish paste), I could already smell a whiff of nostalgia from the car park. Ipoh residents call this a tourist trap but I beg to differ. The stuffed turnip is one of the best in Ipoh. Also I've never tasted better stuffed lady's finger. Absolutely non- fibrous to the bite, soft and crunchy at the same time. Love it. The pork tendon ball is another must try. You can't get any decent ones in KL at all. The accompanying curry noodle and laksa noodle was a nice compliment. Get an introduction to Ipoh by eating under a big tree!
