β β β β β My wife and I in the past have purchased several items from Chopard. We went there on the 8th as my wife wanted two rings resized. We were attended by a terribly unfriendly saleswoman who was brash and her every reply was "I dont know it might take 2 months or more". She was impatient and I did remind her that I was the customer. She was still arrogant and kept uttering the same words. I told her I will never ever buy Chopard and left. Although I like your designs, this incident has left a terrible taste in my mouth and I would rather patronise other places. You have lost a good regular customer . Customer service is an experience that helps the purchase.. you fail miserably
