★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Calling them many times but no one picks up. Called from 9am until 11am just to be served by a very rude staff. Not helping at all and very very unprofessional. Wish I had that girl name. Please improve your service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service, waited for 1.5 hours to be served. Second floor auto financing very crowded, due to inadequate space at waiting area (staircase). No waiting number was given to customers, some who came later was served first. Overall really bad experience.

People waiting in the que to get serving number but not provided but people newly walking in direct served with serving number.
Very slow service and no systematic at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review based on service that i get. Its hard to find parking here if you went by yourself with a car. But the service here. I ask the counter for waiting number then they just serve me directly. Mine was renew card and surprisingly so fast and efficient. Less than 15 minutes aleady done. Not sure if other services have to wait a long time
