★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bad experience with this branch yesterday when performing a cash deposit to my credit card account.. transaction failed because machine was jammed half way and I was being referred to an officer in charge..I was told to fill up a form .."we need 3 working days to investigate!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The special care service counter (counter 6) is useless! And the Malay women cheat my Father said the counter need to take spacial care counter number only can use it. After that go to que ticket counter she said no special care service number, just walk to the counter can already. This don't want to service than cheat it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing people Q here like food bank and elderly made to stand for hours is so disheartening. That is how a bank treat their client who is supporting them. At least some chairs to the elderly and not make then stand outside in heat. Other banks are more thoughtful to provide such facilities and some.even have fans.
