Staf lelaki cina kurus pakai spec cukup baik explain semua & assist. Terima kasih. Pakguard tak pandai sangat, tapi cuba juga nak bantu. Salute.
Tak boleh walk-in ye walaupun bank nampak kosong. Syok la akak abg kaunter boleh buat kerja aman damai ?
 I haven't been to RHB bank for years. Now, all matters at the counter have to be made by appointment through the Queue Management System (QMS) apps. Download apps, select a service provider, select RHB and what is appropriate. Lastly select the date and time of the appointment.
Skinny chinese male staff wear spec pretty good explain all & assist. Thank you. Pakguard is not very good, but he also tries to help. Hello.
You can't walk-in even if the bank looks empty. I'm shocked that the counter can do peaceful work ?

β β β β β Ineffective staff, slow to process issues. Walking up and down the counter like a headless chicken. Covid 19 MCO still in effect. People have places to be and the bank crew cannot cope. Disappointed.
