★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer services and the staffs are unfriendly. Becareful on their product there is term and condition to fulfill. Alot hidden term and condition on the product which those staff will never explain in advance. They only care to sell the product and earn the commission.

Alternatively, customer can park at a paid parking area opposite HSBC (The Store Supermarket).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve made my appointment online, it allows me to book 13:30 on Friday, but the whole branch is closed from 13:00 to 14:00, then why would you let me book it? Wasted my 30 mins of life waiting even though I try to be efficient by making a prior appointment, what a way to impress customers…
