Hire purchase department service is very bad, I want to take the car's Release letter, loan all has been settled, i get my husband with my authorized letter to take it, they resufed to release, no customer service. They told me must come personally.

Beratur lebih 30 minit ,my turn masuk I said tukar debit card expired d .. after that give another number again n ask me go out n wait again .. have to put notice clearly that what thing v need to do n Q for that line..

Has been waiting at hire purchase department for 2 hours. The staffs working attitude is too bad. Not efficiently and bad attitude.

There is no customer service counter for senior citizens. My poor grandma waited for almost one hour plus. Only a lady from the customer service counter noticed us and let us settle our stuff. We are here just to change pin for the card.

For those who had settled their car hire purchase installments in full and wish to retrieve their JPJ card, please go directly to Level 2 for PBB to calculate any final dues still outstanding. Staff at Level 2 was courteous & efficient. Then proceed to Ground Floor to obtain a Queue number for payment at the counter. There was a friendly lady staff asking those queueing at Ground Floor their purpose of waiting & she would give directions to those needing not wait to go directly to respective floors so as not waste time. All in all it took less than an hour.

Queued was long. But they are efficient and helpful. I came to this branch to renew my ATM card. It was done in less than 2 mins when I was at the customer service counter 15.

Public Bank’s customer services really should be improved! The experience I had today was horrible! I came to the bank to exchange some cash and I was queuing to ask about the new notes. When it was my turn, a Chinese lady who was in charge in front reception (wearing glasses) asked me why I came. I told her my reasons, she gave me a side eye and ignored me., and just said "NO NOTES" what's it means? No new notes or can't change today? Then she asked for the next person to get the number. It was so rude and arrogant of her and thanks to her, I queued for nothing. Overall, my experience was not happy as the customer service of Public Bank is getting worse and I hope Public Bank will do something about this. Thank you.
