★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aside from the plastic cutleries. All is good !! Loving the Cinnabons .. unfortunately there arent many outlets around in Kuala Lumpur . Love how the Buns were still warm . Please open an outlet in KLCC !!!!

Don't look at the size as the rolled bun is really heavy!
Taste really good when hot as the butter drip of it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this cinnabon. No place makes cinnamon buns like cinnabon, they are the right balance of soft, gooey, sweet and chocolatey! My favourite are the choco minibons, the perfect size for a one person indulgence ❤️
The reason I give it 4 stars, not 5 is because they only accept cash and sometimes the staff seem quite stand offish. That said, they are minor 'issues' that cannot dissuade me from going and getting the my favourite cinnamon buns! Yum!

2-Was there 5times on different day, only get to eat it once. The bun is always not ready, were told to wait like 20min.
3- One of the day i went and they are not selling their buns because they dont have the box to pack the buns
4- tried to order mini packs of 4, they cant give me because its not pack yet, need to buy 4 as ala-carte which cost me more.
5- always always dont have what i wanted, wanted regular but only hv small size.
6- dont talk about plastic cutlery ?
My summary is, everytime i went to the shop. There are always flaws

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for 10 minutes. Not much choices available. Only chocolate cinnamon. Staffs not friendly and seems not that busy to prepare the food on time. Need lots of improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinnabon used to be my fave cinnamon roll at all time until my recent purchase at sunway pyramid. It was totally dissapointing!! The dough was not throughly cooked and I felt the chef was stingy with the cinnamon "paste".. The entire roll was almost tasteless. Cinnabon management, please QC your products!!
