★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst banana shake or smoothies I had ever, tasteless & the ice is not smooth at all and still can feel the ice cube and it's not cheap rm14.80. The cashier staff not friendly at all like I owing him money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, serving people like giving food for beggars. And the wonderful greatest Blended Supreme Chocolate Frappe which is basically milo ice served with stainless steel straw. The worst of The Loaf.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Around 3pm, i went with my family hving a drinks. While we sitting there,one of the staff serve us very rude. She push the chair near me very roughly and making rude face toward us. So dissappointed with the service. We wont go here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the service point l would say inexperienced service as most Customer that will return here are old timer Loafs and would not expect a lack of f&b knowledge. Why is there no small fork for pastry or cake. Do l use the gigantic fork for my mini pastry. Oh,Surprised that RM8 coffee leaves me a great deal of sourly taste(guess the beans are of low quality) except for the pastry lemon cheese which is nice. Compared to signature cafe that's was once before,Loaf definitely needs to pull up it's name if it wants to remain as Loaf. Otherwise it's a pity for the original owner that once own Loaf cafe that once was rated superb. Attention to f&b details is vital if one is to maintain the signature name. Another thing is that l saw on the table a flyer that says All day menu at RM17.90. l missed that chance after l ordered something else. So much for the outlet in charge to tackle if the cafe wants to sustain.

Choices are fairly limited but at least chances of getting a seat is higher compared to other kiosks at Sunway. (Not sure if its a good thing tho)
