Not only me !! she do the same thing to other customer too. Come on.. Our money is her salary . She bring the bad image to your shop. I think she need to go some training how to handle customer .TQ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pastries and breads.
BUT... handling and packaging quality is bad. Example: Bought 4 crispy & flaky pastry(kaya kok), but the cashier packed all of them into 1 medium size plastic bag and sealed it with 3(THREE) STAPLES. The usage of staple is not allowed in food packaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff told me the fruit delight cake has fruits in the cake. Cut opened, just plain sponge cake. Taste bad too. Quality of cake also dropped as compared to the last time I bought. Real sad case

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be very careful with their cashier. She is cheating the customer n her boss. Today I was serve by this Indian girl. She just tell me the total of my 3 items is Rm9.30 it is actually Rm8.10. I request receipt n she give me the receipt with 1 item Rm 9.30 without breakdown. Then I request breakdown n she just use her h/P n cal n give me back 30 sen. After pointing out her mistake she give me back Rm1.20. What a bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be a regular customer of this bakery. Never once the cake was disappointing. But, recently the cake quality has been so bad. I bought birthday cake for my kid last october and the sponge cake has a very bad eggy smell. Since i have bought so many cakes, i thought maybe it was a rare case and let it be. Yeaterday i bought another one for a birthday and Only the icing and the chocolate decorations taste good. The sponge cakes tastes horrible like it has been kept for months. Smelled of the cardboard (yes, cardboard instead of sugar fondant) has seeped through the sponge cake and it feels and taste weird. Nobody else wanted to eat the cake after tasting a little. Wasted my time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't understand how this bakery survives? Today I bought egg tarts and the eggs are still somewhat runny and the eggs smell is still in my mouth. Probably the worst pastry experience I ever had. Every other pastry in the shop looked equally bad.
