★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In terms of facilities, everything is good until it comes to safety and security. Security system are not strong enough because insufficient CCTV footage in parking area. There are so many blindspot until 2 of my helmets has been stolen and the management has not been capturing who's stealing it. It is really frustrating. This should be able to prevent such incidents if they have enough CCTV footage. What's the point you are having visitors to register in i-neighbour apps but you do not able to settle a small case like this.
The management are not good enough to take care of this residential area and insufficient action. Always close the office early at 5pm while this is residential area, and I always found that it's difficult for me because I always need to go work early morning and come back later. They should close at 6pm at least me or other can make it on time to report anything. It's really bothers me and troublesome to stay here.
