★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The structure is poorly built. You can literally listen the doors banging and foot stomping from the unit above you. Regardless how many times have reported the cases to management, it didn't get things fixed. They don't even bother approaching the person who made the noises. You will have to spend your midnights with those irritating noises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a worst place to stay. Every house is still renovating. The drill sounds is your daily music. Especially for those who have baby or old parents. Can’t do meeting when you’re working from home. And, Management will do nothing for your complain, they said “they paid, so they can do renovation every Mon-Sat”. Does owner or tenants are not paying you? Ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly and rude security guard. Not being cooperative. The management team didn't even care?! Educate your security guards and educate yourself as well. The management team are the same at fault. Causing food delivery service having hard time to do their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't stay here! It has the WORST management and service ever. Even when they are wrong, they won't even apologize sincerely and will ignore you. Not only that, they won't even give you a proper explanation on issues. They leave you on bluetick on WhatsApp when they are lost for words due to their own mistakes. I regret to say that their customer service is not professional at all and has very poor English that they could not convey their messages properly through text. They give no privacy to the tenants that when the agents want to come and visit the house, the management does not give any heads-up, leaving us on shock when strangers open the door and gate of our house. Cleaners don't come clean consistently. There is no proper management in the house between tenants. The list can go on but I shall stop here. Again, don't stay here. You deserve a better service as a customer. I rarely post review online, but when I do, it means it's very serious so take heed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this condo prohibits the food delivery to the lobby. All the delivery cars and motorbikes must be stand by outside the guard house but the roadside outside the condo fully occupied by the parked cars. Does the management never think of this worse situation? What if the raining happens, so the residents must walk past the guard house to collect the food and get the damp? Absurd! Citizen 1 allows the food drop off at the lobby. so Citizen 1is better than Citizen 2!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location with highway accessibility to KL city, nice place to stay with awesome facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, badminton courts, futsal, table tennis, nice gym room and sky garden bbq etc.
The security is strict but I think is good for residents and keep us safe.
Good value condo@OKR.
