★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse company ever!!! DO NOT USE CITYLINK EVER... Customer service is really bad, no manners at all. They dont even know what they r doing. Very Rude. I have waited for my order to deliver more than a month i have called them 100 times. They just transfer call to each other like a game and each person ask for my tracking number in the end, end the call. And when i called back no one will answer. I haven't received my order at all. Really Frustrated hope this company will close down soon with this kind of employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working here are not trained in customer service. They talk loudly at the back in the sorting room whilst customers are standing in front. When they make a mistake, instead of saying sorry, they laugh at you instead... Worse courier service ever.
The company should train these people in customer service and professionalism!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel has been in the your hub since 14th May. I understand the peak season before Raya and also it is during CMCO. But please, PICKUP THE CALL, REPLY MY EMAIL! DO NOT OVERSTRETCHED MY PATIENCE AND MY KINDNESS. I did not mean to be a chaotic customer, but your customer service lighted up my fire. Hanging the call immediately, not even saying anything, for more than 10 times of calls, and 2 days in a row?! This is too much. Yea, I know, you must be thinking, oh well bear with the customers complaints, they know nothing about our difficulties. Come on, if you don't suit up with your PROFESSIONALISM, don't dream of customer to understand your struggles.
So please pick up the call, or reply the mail. It has been bloody 14 days. Oh today is 29th, its been 15 days with NO RESPONSE!
And I'm going to put this up in every branch of yours, to be highlighted to your attention. Cheers! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently during delivery my building was "inaccessible" due to security but I received another parcel from a different freight, the condo security did not stop any other freights and worst is nobody called me! And when I called customer service, not only was it extremely hard to call in, they never called me back with updates from the delivery man although they said they would! If that's the case, I would rather they send it back to the warehouse and I'll collect it myself. Don't need any excuses about not being able to deliver - even more so, again, nobody called me. City-link used to be so much better. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was rude and lazy. Had to wait outside for 5mins before opening the door. Once i got in the whole store smell like smoke ( they were probably smoking inside) and most importantly, the staff was not wearing a mask.
Terrible and will never return again.
Fix this lol citylink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm having a bad experience here. The front desk girl told me they're not going to be responsible if something happens to my parcel. And so many excuses to avoid me from sending my parcel. Fortunately, at last she received my parcel. I'm really unhappy and not satisfied with the staff attitudes.
