★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chan and Dr Leow are very nice, understanding and passionate doctors. Have been sending my two dogs (Angeline & Charlotte) to them since last year and they take good care of my kids. The receptionist and other staff are also very helpful and would constantly update me through WhatsApp on a daily basis. Thank you so much for treating them and for being very accommodating. I know my dogs are under good care with them around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appt for cat vaccination. Got charged extra HIDDEN FEE- rm35 for ‘’’VACCINE CONSULT 30 MINS’’’. Ive been to several other vets for vaccination before and the only form of consultation needed was just asking if the cat recently has any symptoms like puking or diarrhoea. They literally charged me rm35 for that question. The first and last time going to this vet. They didn’t ask whether I’d want to consult with the doctor and next thing I know, the bill was nearly rm100. The “”vaccine consult”” didn’t even take more than 15 mins. Just stupid questions like if the cat has bad appetite etc like jesus-i know and i can see as well as the doctor, that my cat is healthy and if he has any bad symptoms, I’ll bring him to see the doc. Not to mention on the receipt they misspelt both my cat and my name so bad, just really low effort and i feel insulted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the good services! The lady doctor is really professional and kind. I found a sick stray kitten in front of my house and immediately called this clinic & they allowed me to bring the kitten even though it was last min appointment. Initially, she suggested to leave the kitten in the clinic for treatments as the kitten's condition is not good, but it is a bit expensive for me. I think she understand my situation and provide alternative suggestion. The lady doctor gave me good advises on how to care the kitten & suggested for affordable treatments. Thanks to her, the kitten is now very healthy. At first the kitten's condition was 50-50, but I followed all the advises given by the doctor & the kitten survived! Thank you so much!
